Attica: Daveli Cave, Penteli, hiking route
The route starts from the dirt road on the right side of the main, uphill road leading to the top of Penteli. Most of the way to the cave is rocky, but it is still accessible by car. Along the way, the view of the Attica basin is truly spectacular and is one of the special features of your experience!
The cave, with its imposing and impressive entrance, is located on the southwestern side of Mount Penteli, at an altitude of 700 meters.

Daveli Cave
At the entrance of the cave, you will find two small temples. The southern chapel, dedicated to Agios Spyridon, is carved into the rock, while on the outer left side is the northern chapel, dedicated to Agios Nikolaos.
